Both my training and the fact of having to get up at 3.40am today is a bit tougher tahn usual. This week I have had to start work  on the Dubai visuals between 3 & 4 am every day, so this morning’s early start and my 70 km training isn’t the easiest.

But Frank & I will be picking up Fede on our way up the coast, and he’ll accompany me for some 37 km, so I can’t really complain!
